Head - IT

MP - 185 Head - IT Incumbent should be a B.E. ( Computer Science or IT or Electronics & Communication) / MCA / M.Sc (CAIT) preferably with full time MBA from a recognized / reputed institute / university. Minimum 20 years in the Field of IT / ITeS Industries, of which at least 5 years at Senior Management Level.

Age: 45 - 50 Years

Commensurate with industry standards.
Role & Responsibilities :
  1. To lead (n)Code Solutions, A Div. of GNFC Limited and exploring various business opportunities and generate the revenue from the various IT / ITeS business streams.
  2. To analyse the risks and implement the best management practice to mitigate / transfer.
  3. To envisage the business needs and mobilise the adequate & competent resources, so as to deliver the solutions / systems.
  4. To co-ordinate with GNFC HO for various matters related to Finance/Materials Procurement/HR.
  5. To manage the day-to-day all business affairs of the IT Div.
  6. To articulate the cost effective business solutions / models and convert the leads into the business.
  7. Any other job / activities assigned by the Company as deemed fit.
Skill Sets :
  1. Thorough understanding of the business generation in the field of IT/ITeS.
  2. High aspirant & dynamic, and People Skill.
  3. Good analytical & conceptual skills.
  4. Visionary team leader.
  5. Thorough understanding of various applicable statutory / regulatory requirement related to IT / ITeS business, including those in the domain of IT Act / Aadhaar Act / Data privacy.
  6. Excellent IT business risk analysis skills.
  7. Cost effective & highly resourceful.
Candidate must have exposure to SAP system & knowledge of Gujarati will be preferred.
