Award Ceremony for Best performing NKSK was organized on 20th August, 2021 at GIFTCITY- Gandhinagar in the auspicious presence of Hon’ble Managing Director, GNFC Shri Pankaj Joshi (IAS). Shri Manish Billore AGM, Shri G K Patel CMM(GUJ) and all field officers from Gujarat region were present.
Our Hon’ble MD Shri Pankaj Joshi was welcomed by Shri G K Patel CMM(GUJ) with flower bouquet. The ceremony was started by lighting the lamp by Hon’ble MD.
In his welcome speech Shri G K Patel thanked Hon’ble MD for giving his precious time. He explained in details the different activities of NKSK with retail sales of our indigenous products (N.Urea, N.Phos, NOC, DOC & NOP) as well as traded products to make available all Agricultural Inputs under one roof. He informed that the retail sale of NKSK have been increased by 33 % compare to corresponding period of last year. He appreciated the team Gujarat for their overall improvement in under recovery, inventory carrying cost, godown rent & road supply. He thanked MD Sir and management for awarding best performers with MD’s Trophy. He assured MD Sir that Marketing team is ready for taking up any new challenges.
Shri Manish Billore AGM(Mktg.) explained in detail the fertilizer scenario prevailing in India & Gujarat with special reference to GNFC and future plan of our company in fertilizer marketing to increase the total turnover. He advised all NKSK In charges to provide better services to farmers and to explore the new avenues in trading of seeds, pesticides and other agro inputs as done by other big players in fertilizer industry.

(3) Shri J P Hadiya – NKSK- Jamkhambhaliya – as Best NKSK for Highest traded product Sale
In his speech, Hon’ble MD Sir appreciated & congratulated all three winners for their excellent performance. He also congratulated all for highest ever profit during Q-1 of FY 2021-22 and to marketing team for substantial increase in NKSK sales in spite of Covid-19 restrictions. He quoted the marketing field personnel as grass root level soldiers and important pillars of fertilizer marketing.
He emphasized the need for better profitability in fertilizer segment by improving in following key areas.
- Increase NKSK sales
- Quick sales realization in all products.
- To control under recovery.
- Fast liquidation of fertilizers through POS at retailers’ level.
- Tie up for more trading activity.
- To improve FMCG product sales as our products are of best quality.
He congratulated Marketing Department for organizing such a good function to motivate the field force.
