It holds a strategic position at the heart of governance operations within an organization and act as a point of communication between the Board of Directors and company share holders/organization’s executive management. Company Secretary is responsible for ensuring that an organization complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains high standards of corporate governance.
Remuneration :
The selected candidate will be taken on Company’s Regular Grade GREO-03 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-03 is Approx. Rs. 30.50 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.
Responsibilities :

  1. Arranging and conducting meetings of the Board of Directors and Committees.
  2. Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and AGMs.
  3. Preparing minutes, drafting resolutions, lodging required forms and annual returns with Companies Houses.
  4. Following up on actions from meetings.
  5. Overseeing the policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.
  6. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
  7. Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.
  8. Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies.
