Transportation of Fertilizers from Plant/Port/Buffers
Transportation of Fertilizers in Jute / HDPE filled bags by Road Ex - GNFC Bharuch / Ports to various places within the state as well as to nearby states and also from the Buffers in Gujarat to nearby places in the State / nearby States. Transporter with sound financial standing and sufficient experience of transporting fertilizers or similar goods may submit their application along with following documents :
- Copy of Partnership Deed or Proprietorship
- Copies of Work Order and Performance Certificate of similar jobs done by them during the last five years (Mention quantity & value).
- Details of Trucks owned, if any & copy of R.T.O. Certificate (Original RTO book to be produced, if needed).
- Name of Group Companies and no. of Trucks owned by them with copy of RTO Certificate. Trucks should not be more than 15 years old & owned for minimum last six months.
- Latest Income Tax Return files with the Income Tax Authorities.
Transporters who are owning minimum 7 trucks of their own and should continue to hold during contract period of the Tender. Also presently holding regular fertilizer or similar bagged transportation contracts and who have executed at least one single contract of the value of more than Rs. 30 lacs in a year during the last three years only need apply. The transporter applying for registration must have his office at Bharuch / or at Ports or should be willing to open such office at Bharuch / Ports on award of contract.
In case of transportation from the ports, please specify the ports from which you are interested in doing the transportation work.
Stevedoring, Clearing & Forwarding
Application for registering as Stevedores / Clearing & Forwarding agents is to be made in the Vendor Registration Form-3 .
Please specify the ports for which you are interested in doing the stevedoring, clearing & forwarding work
Handling and Transportation of Fertilizers in Regional Offices
Handling & Transportation of Fertilizers in Jute / HDPE filled bags by Road Rake Points and Field Warehouses in States to various places within the state.
Handling & Transporter contractors with sound financial standing and sufficient experience of handling & transporting fertilizers or similar goods may submit their application along with following documents :
- Copy of Partnership Deed or ProprietorshipCopies of Work Order and Performance Certificate of similar jobs done by them during the last five years (Mention quantity & value).
- Copies of Work Order and Performance Certificate of similar jobs done by them during the last five years (Mention quantity & value)
- Details of Trucks owned, if any & copy of R.T.O. Certificate (Original RTO book to be produced, if needed).
- Name of Group Companies and no. of Trucks owned by them with copy of RTO Certificate. Trucks should not be more than 15 years old & owned for minimum last six months.
- Details of Branches and godowns facilities available with them, if any.
- Latest Income Tax Return files with the Income Tax Authorities.
Parties having regular, fertilizer or similar bagged cargo, handling & transportation contracts and who have executed contracts of the value of more than Rs. 20 lacs in a year during any of the last three years only need apply.

INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS MARKETING TRANSPORTATION OF IND. CHEMICALS
Transportation of Industrial products like Methanol, Acetic Acid, Formic Acid, CNA, WNA etc. to various places within the state as well as to nearby states.
Transporter with sound financial standing and sufficient experience in transporting chemicals may submit their application along with following documents:
- Copy of Partnership Deed or Proprietorship.
- Copies of Work Order and Performance Certificate of similar jobs done by them during the last five years (Mention quantity & value).
- Details of Tankers/trucks owned/hired if any & copy of R.T.O. Certificate (Original RTO book to be produced, if needed)
- Name of Group Companies and no. of Tankers/trucks owned by them with copy of RTO Certificate.
- Tankers/trucks should not be more than 15 years old & should be have valid licences like Form-IX (for explosive chemicals transportation). The drivers of the Tankers/trucks used for carrying industrial products should also have necessary endorsements in their driving licences for carrying hazardous chemicals.
- Details of Branches.
- Copy of latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
Transporters who are owning minimum 7 tankers/trucks of their own and should continue to hold during contract period of the Tender. Also presently holding regular chemical transportation contracts and who have executed at least one single contract of the value of more than Rs. 10 lacs in a year need apply.
Details of Tankers used for Chemical transportation :
- Methanol MS Tanker
- Acetic Acid/Formic Acid/WNA SS Tanker
- CNA Aluminium Tanker
- Formic Acid/Acetic Acid in carboys and in Truck Load
- Catsol in 250 kg drums
