NARDES is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as a CSR implementing agency with CSR Registration Number: CSR00004841.

The organization functions as the implementing agency for the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GNFC) and supports the execution of various development programmes aimed at community welfare.

Through its initiatives, NARDES works towards enhancing the reach and quality of interventions in areas such as education, healthcare, rural infrastructure development, sanitation, livelihood generation, vocational skill development, environmental sustainability, and community development.
