Traded Fertilizers
The company is engaged in trading of Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP), Muriate of Potash (MOP), Single Super Phosphate (SSP), Ammonium Sulphate and City Compost. The basic objective of marketing such fertilizers is to make available wide range of fertilizers to farming community, making regular supplies of fertilizers to distribution channel and enhancing the company’s turnover. The market is undergoing a sea change and there is a shift from seller’s to buyer’s market. Therefore, it is of paramount importance to make available different kind of fertilizers as per the market demand in different areas, and we at GNFC are more concerned about that. Such steps help in making the distribution channel more strong and developing a good rapport with them.

In order to demonstrate the use of modern technology in agriculture among the farming community, the company has a Demonstration Farm of about 50 acres. The company has a well equipped Soil Testing Laboratory having analysis capacity of 30,000 soil and water samples per year to help the farmers economize on use of fertilizers. To provide the better quality of planting material to Banana growers, company had established “State of the Art” Tissue Culture Laboratory in the year 2005 with a production capacity of 10 Lacs Banana Tissue culture plants per annum. Now with the increased demand for GNFC Banana tissue Culture plants among farming community, the company is establishing additional unit of Tissue Culture Laboratory taking combined capacity to 20 Lacs TCPs per annum. Besides GNFC is all prepared to supply best quality Date Palm Tissue Culture Plants. Establishment of Date Palm TCPs is arranged by obtaining Technology from Anand Agricultural University.
In line with the specific needs and development of improved farm technology, GNFC continues to reorient its efforts towards customer satisfaction with a view that “When farmers Prosper, We prosper”.

Narmada Neem Pesticide is a very effective natural insecticide made from Neem oil. It contains active ingredients like Azadirachtin, Nimbin, nimbidin, salanin and meliontriol. It protects crop from more than 200 types of harmful insects.
Repellent action : | It repels harmful insect from crops due to its strong odour and repulsive action | |||
---|---|---|---|---|
Antifeedant : | When applied to crop, harmful insects avoid feeding on the crop due to bitter taste of the Narmada Neem pesticide which ends their life cycle | |||
Ovicidal effect : | Harmful insects do not lay eggs on crops coated with Narmada Neem pesticide which subsequently terminates the life cycle of an insect | |||
Growth Retardant Effect : | It destroys the reproductive power of insects by barring body transformation of Larvae and cocoons. Hence, it breaks the life cycle of harmful insects | |||
Azadirachtin content of Narmada Neem pesticide stops the formation of chitin in insects. It hinders sexual conversation and intercourse of insects. It also makes adult insect impotent |
Benefits :
Narmada Neem pesticide affects the life cycle of an insect in different ways due to the presence of different biological active ingredients. Due to this, the insect cannot develop immunity against Narmada Neem Pesticide over a generation. |
It is manufactured from natural ingredients hence does not affect helpful insects |
It can be used along with other chemical pesticides and improves their effectiveness |
It is cohesive with chemical pesticides and organic farming hence can be used as integrated pest management and bio-control |
