Special Window for Transfer & Dematerialisation of Physical Securities

The shareholders of the Company are hereby informed that, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025, SEBI had opened a special window for re-lodgement of transfer deeds of physical securities.

Further, with a view to facilitate investors, SEBI, vide Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, has decided   to   open   another special window for a period of one year, from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027, for   transfer   and dematerialization of physical securities which were sold or purchased prior to April 01, 2019.

Key Highlights

  • Applicable to physical share certificates sold or purchased prior to April 01, 2019, where transfer requests could not be processed earlier due to deficiencies, rejection, or pendency.
  • All securities transferred under this window shall be credited only in dematerialised (demat) form.
  • The initiative enables investors to regularise legacy physical shareholdings and safeguard their investment rights.

Documents Required

The transferee is mandatorily required to submit the following:

  1. Original physical share certificate(s);
  2. Transfer deed executed prior to April 01, 2019;
  3. Proof of purchase (if available);
  4. KYC documents of the transferee (as per applicable ISR forms);
  5. Latest Client Master List (CML) of the demat account (not older than 2 months), duly attested by the Depository Participant; and
  6. Undertaking-cum-Indemnity as per Annexure-A.

Submission of Requests

The eligible shareholders may submit their request to the Company at investor@gnfc.in or Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (KFin Technologies Limited) at einward.ris@kfintech.com

Shareholders are advised to complete the requisite formalities within the prescribed window period.
